Simply send the unwanted products, in the original condition and packaging, to Precious Pebbles Inc, 30 West 47th Street, Suite 503, New York, NY 10036 for a full refund, less shipping charges. Please include a copy of the invoice; and use sufficient packing material to ensure the items arrive safely and undamaged. Products returned after 30 days will not be accepted. Special request orders are nonreturnable, but we will happily resolve any concerns you may have about a product produced by us.
If you, in a rare case, receive damaged or defective products, please contact us prior to sending it back. Our helpful Customer Service Team will resolve any issue promptly.
